The date of production/manufacture or age of IBC® HVAC equipment can be determined from the serial number located on the data plate.
Example serial number styles/formats found:
- Style 1: 051577-1410k00314
Style 1: 051577-1410k00314
Description: Sixteen (16) character serial number.
Year of manufacture is 8th and 9th numerical digits combined. Red
Month of manufacture is the 10th and 11th combined. Blue
