Directions:  Use the 1st two letter digits of your serial number to determine:

• Year of manufacture. Select 1st digit of your serial number (expressed as a letter, i.e. "A") and choose it from drop-down list.
• Month of manufacture. Select 2nd letter digit of your serial number (expressed as a letter, i.e. "L") and choose it from drop-down list from drop-down list.
