Do you have multiple office staff, technicians, inspectors or team members within your employ or association? We are now able to offer group/team accounts and group discount options for membership!!
Group/Team accounts:
- Provides the option to extend membership benefits to individuals in your team at a single bulk membership fee.
- Owner of the Group/Team account has flexibility to easily add and remove members to/from their account.
- For companies, organizations or employers with 5 or more individuals who wish to purchase membership on behalf of their team members.
- Bulk membership fee contingent on number of team member accounts needed (starting at $50 per year).

Group Discount:
- Intended for organizations (or chapters) with 20 or more members who would like to offer their members an added benefit of reduced rate membership with Building-Center.org.
- Provides unique discount code (coupon) to provide to your members.
- Discounts limited to Platinum membership level (annual) only.

Platinum Team membership for teams of 5 or more
Starting at $50.00 per year
Includes:
- Membership accounts for 4 or more team members plus the account owner
- Additional team member accounts can be purchased for $10.00 each
- View the list of active members within your organization under your account, including their username and membership level, in the group.
- Optionally remove members from the group.
- Information on how to invite new members to the group, including their group code and invite links for joining.
- Field to invite members to the group by email. This form triggers an invite email with a direct link to checkout for the group’s supported membership level.
- Regenerate the group code if the existing code is being abused or you otherwise want to have a new code that isn’t shared yet.
Membership includes Ad-Free access to the site (when logged-in), and many more benefits!

- Information on how to invite new members to the group, including their group code and invite links for joining.

More about using Team Accounts
Any member that is the manager (billing account holder) of a group will see a new link to Manage Group within the Memberships section of the Membership Account page. This page includes the following options:
- View the list of active members, including their username and membership level, in the group.
- Optionally remove members from the group.
- Information on how to invite new members to the group, including their group code and invite links for any membership levels that the group supports.
- Field to invite members to the group by email. This form triggers an invite email with a direct link to checkout for the group’s supported membership level.
- Create a new account to add a new member to the group level.
- Regenerate the group code if the existing code is being abused or they otherwise want to have a new code that isn’t shared yet.
Individual team member accounts will use the provided Group Code at checkout. This code bypassses any payment for the team member account, essentially giving them the membership level for free.
On their membership account page, they will see a note that their account is managed by the named parent account.
Manger Account Expiration or Cancellation Process
- When the manager account loses membership (due to cancellation or failed payment processing such as expired credit card information) or changes their membership level, the team member accounts will lose access immediately.
- Previously associated team member accounts do not automatically rejoin when a manager rejoins. The manager will need to send a new invitation link to their team in order for them to join again.
